Morgan Xavier

Founder, CEO

Founder of Xavier Companies and responsible for sourcing, structuring, and operating acquisitions. Experience in lower middle market investment banking and corporate development, with a focus on Main Street businesses in a broad range of sectors.

Previously founded and operated a consumer packaged goods retail brand, overseeing product development, supplier relationships, distribution, and direct-to-consumer sales. Brings hands-on experience in consumer retail operations and brand execution.

Other professional background includes high-end hospitality and consumer multi-unit retail experience, providing deep exposure to service standards, customer psychology, and frontline operational management.

As a graduate of Creighton University, Morgan maintains deep ties to the Omaha business and entrepreneurial community.
