Morgan Xavier

Founder & CEO

Morgan Xavier is the Founder and CEO of Xavier Companies. He previously worked in investment banking at Bridgepoint Investment Banking, where he supported sell-side M&A and capital raising for founder-owned businesses, and in corporate development at Merit Financial Advisors. He has also operated a consumer packaged goods business. As a graduate of Creighton University, he maintains strong ties to the Omaha business community.
